Refund Policy

At Itamoon, we mainly offer ita bags, display bags, and related accessories. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at cs@itamoon.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product quality issue, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For returns that are not caused by quality issues, including returns due to personal preference, wrong size selection, change of mind, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been used, damaged, altered, washed, or are missing original tags or packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies. The item must still be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
