Shipping Policy
At Itamoon, we offer worldwide shipping for ita bags, display bags, accessories, and other related products.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD $50.
For orders under USD $50, shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and available shipping methods.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard international shipping is usually 7–20 business days, depending on your destination country or region.
For some remote areas, customs inspections, local delivery delays, peak seasons, holidays, or unexpected logistics issues, delivery may take longer, usually up to 20–35 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping time does not include the 3-business-day order processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Itamoon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct before placing your order.
If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, Itamoon is not responsible for the loss. Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at cs@itamoon.com with your order number.
We will help check the shipping status and assist you with the next steps. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
